Open Question: Will McAfee antivirus remove existing viruses on my laptop?
My computer is already infected (so says Geek Squad) but rather than pay $199 for them to remove it, I'd rather just download something like McAfee. If I download an antivirus program will it remove existing viruses?   

Open Question: Dell inspiron 1525 keeps shutting off?
I just purchased a new battery for it today hoping it would stop crashing, but it stilldoes. it's almost 2 years old, and it's been crashing for about 6 months now, i also have a USB fan for it and it still crashes, it just shuts down randomly. I have run multipe spyware, adware and virus scans and they're all clean. 5 out of 7 gb is free. what do i do? thanks   

Open Question: Spyware deletion help please!?
so i installed an ipod video converter and along with it came something called "RelevantKnowledge" i looked it up and it is said to be a spyware?? it has a green globe as an icon. when i turned on my computer today, a firewall thing came up and gave me an option to either allow relevant or cancel. i clicked cancel and then this survey from relevant popped out. so i went to my control panel, and went to uninstall/change program then clicked uninstall. the surveys anrt popping out anymore but im still worried that there is some spyware stuff on my computer. right now im running a virus scan with mcafee and nothing has popped out so far does this mean that i am free of the relevant knowledge spyware?

The link is (don't click it) http://www.pokemonog.net then I scaned the website with AVG Link-scanner an it found nothing. then when I clicked on a Youtube video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1_OfYBLTEw it said in it's info all Pokemon world websites had virus's except http://www.pokemonworldonline.net . i need help with advice

I went to the doctor, only to get some birth control since I haven't had my period for five months. I was happy to find out that I wasn't preg. However the did four test. A preg A breast exam A HIV and a Pepsmur She checked my private and told me that I had Genital Warts, now this completely destoried my world I got up shaking and I'm still numb and shaking. I was Virgin until last year, my boyfriends cheated on me. Before you you call me stupid,,,I really thought they loved me and one time one of them didn't wear a condom while we did it and I didn't notice. He had the condom in his hand so I thought he was putting it on but he didn't and I found out later that day when he still had the same one. I am 25 years old, I didn't tell my parents or anyone for that matter. I'm too ashamed to tell anyone I personally know. I have no friends and I have family members who would tell if I told them. I don't know what I can do, if I can still get oral sex.... but to be honest I feel like maybe I shouldn't have sex anymore, maybe it's best if I remain alone. I mean I would hate myself if I gave it to someone I loved...or anyone really. I feel like a walking Virus, tainted. I wanted children but now I don't think that will happen...because I don't think I could be with someone and give them this...as I write this my heart is breaking badly. I don't know how to tell with this.... I feel like just ending it all but...i'm too scared to...I feel like I can't tell my mom because she'll just yell and call me stupid. I dont blame my exs...I blame myself... My doctor told me that she can treat it but there is no cure. I didn't even know I had it.... I just feel worthless and not beauitful at all, I mean who can love me? How would I tell someone that I started to get feelings for that I have this....even more so...what if they reject me or say something that will break my heart like calling me a slut or something. My question is...how can I handle this? while writing this I finally started to cry....so I guess my numb stage is over....
